half the weekend

I was really glad to be able to spend Friday night in Dillon, CO. Today was a gorgeous day to be in the mountains, and the getaway was on my list of things to do before I leave.

When I got home from Dillon, several friends came over to cook dinner and watch “She’s the Man.” We love eating. And we love that cheesy movie. I also received this original art creation from two of those friends. Of course I’ll take it to NY with me! How cool is this?!?!

I continue to feel so blessed as I celebrate my last few weeks here — truly, it is me who is being celebrated, and I’m  humbled to be with people who know me and love me so well. There have been lots of laughs and shared memories and hope for the future. I’m so glad for these friends!
